New Contemporary Headquarters for Financial Firm

Pye Interiors, Balzer Associates and Mather Construction have partnered to create a new contemporary landmark for Financial Management and Bookkeeper.com’s headquarters in Waynesboro, Virginia.  The new building will feature a two-story glass front Atrium that connects both businesses with an open architectural stair.  Wood planking, textural stone and terrazzo flooring will create a timeless space welcoming clients and staff.  A balcony off the third floor Break Room will take advantage of the breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, providing staff and visitors with a chance to enjoy an outdoor space during nice weather.

Once the building is complete, it will not only house their office space, but provide a new location for Mission Coffee, allowing downtown residents and workers to stop in to grab coffee and a pastry during their workday.

This 3-Story new construction project is currently planned to break ground in October of 2022.

The 2-Story Atrium will feature sculptural lighting, an open metal stair with glass railings, and a light-filled café space for Mission Coffee.
